What You’ll Do

• Creating, and designing dashboards, to help greater maximize the People team’s business impact
• Working closely with internal stakeholders, such as Engineering, Finance, CS, and partners to gather business requirements into dashboards and reports
• Designing and managing the solutions empowering end-users to be self-reliant
• Utilize established data warehousing practices and data visualization
• Work on large datasets to retrieve data and compile them into digestible and actionable dashboards for effective decision-making
• Automate manual reporting process by SQL/Python and continuously improve existing automated processes

What You’ll Need

• Experience with BI & analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Metabase, or similar technologies)
• Expert SQL skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Work professionally to understand business requests and be able to suggest proper BI solutions which are measurable and scalable
• Experience with ETL tools, data warehouse design, data modeling, or DBA
• A good eye for detail and the ability to turn complex data into useful insights
• Comfortable working remotely via telecommuting. We will be working closely via Slack video calls and other collaboration tools
• Fluency in English is required
