Responsibilities

• Support operational risk team to support how to properly manage the operational risk and all items related (Risk assessments, Control testing and environment, issues and incidents management)
• Support to implement and enforce robust risk governance ensuring stakeholders to have visibility of key risks and remediation activity
• Support to implement and maintain operational risk management in the first line of defense 
• Support to conduct reviews of control performance. Facilitate internal control remediation 
• Support to conduct independent review as and when required. Coordinate Audit Reviews and conduct the related validation 

Requirements

• University Degree Holder in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Technology or related field
• Ability to communicate effectively and confidently across cultures and at all levels of the organisation
• Proven ability to analyse situations and solve operational problems
• Experience of working in a complex financial services organisation
• Demonstrable strong insurance business knowledge 
• Able to plan, track and control operational activities
• Drive and motivation to ensure delivery in a challenging environment
• Track record of positive interactions with Senior Executives across the business 
• Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely in the language of the business
• Relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
• Crypto knowledge is a plus
