JOB DESCRIPTION

Experience contributing to the architecture, design, and development of Blockchain systems with key focus in the areas such as consensus, distributed ledger, and smart contracts

Expert level of understanding and working experience in development over Ethereum i.e. Smart Contracts and ERC20 tokens along with deep understanding of EVM

Experience in developing at-least on one Blockchain platform private / public blockchains.

Experience with Blockchain architecture design patterns and supporting infrastructure

Experience delivering end-to-end solutions (Life Cycle for infrastructure including SDLC)

Experience developing custodial and non-custodial crypto wallets and crypto exchanges.

Experience in integration of blockchain technology with mobile app development

Strong proficiency in Solidity, Web3.0, and Javascript framework like NodeJS, ReactJS.

Strong hands-on experience of cryptography and cryptographic protocols.

Experience with Git or other version control systems

Can work multi geographical teams of software engineers on a regular basis.

Experience in Solidity / Serpent, Truffle Framework, OpenZeppelin, Web3 JS is desirable. Ability to use
Cakeshop / Remix IDE / Ether.Camp (Ethereum Studio) IDE to design, develop, test and deploy smart contracts into private and public Ethereum network (OR) Any other BlockChain technologies platform experiences like (Quorum, HyperLedger, Corda R3, Ripple, Multi-chain) is must.

Must understand DLT, Security Architecture / Cryptography, Different Consensus algorithms, Smart contracts development, design and Distributed file system like IPFS.

Application development using Javascript (ES6 or Typescript), NodeJS and React/Angular. (OR) Golang.

Prior experience developing ICO, IDO & Token development (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC1155).

Must be hands-on and independent code contributor to manage the application.

Liaise with Product and Blockchain Officers and Leads to determine software needs for the future and determine whether software systems have enough quality to meet their current operational goals.

Analyse and make the forward-looking technological decisions to be applied in our products.

Ensure that the selected technologies are used efficiently, profitably, and securely.

Work hand in hand with System Architects, DevOps, blockchain development team, and partners to produce effective software systems.

Write scalable and reliable code for Next-Gen blockchain-based Internet connectivity platform which is capable of serving millions of agents worldwide over years to come.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to our technology, architecture, and documentation.

Work with the product and design teams to understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and then translate that into a pragmatic and effective technical solution.

Dive into difficult problems and successfully deliver results on schedule.

MUST HAVE

More than 5 years of hands-on experience in working with Blockchain technology preferably covering multiple types of Blockchains like Ethereum, quorum, Hyperledger

Strong technologist with hands-on experience in developing Enterprise grade integration projects.

Strong Blockchain concepts, smart contract design, deployment of Blockchain in Enterprise, security aspects like key management, experience in implementing CI/CD concepts, test strategy, Cloud Computing

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Be able to work with senior tech folks and influence.

Solid understanding and experience working with smart contracts

Proficient understanding of blockchain and cryptography-based systems

Understanding of various consensus protocols (PoW, PoS, PoA, etc.)

Experience running large projects with a git hosting service (GitHub organisation will be needed for this project)

Cryptography and system software development experience

Understanding of design patterns and networks, ability to design algorithms and mathematical models

More than 3 years of hands-on experience in working with Blockchain technology.
