As the EMEA Brand Marketing Lead, you will focus on brand management, brand campaigns, brand health, above the line campaigns, and relevant culture and industry marketing for Kraken and our suite of products. Your goal will be to make Kraken top of mind and the most preferred crypto brand. We're looking for someone who elevates the craft and fuels brand growth. Someone who can influence and partner across the organization to connect the dots between Marketing, Product, Strategy, International, and Data. Someone who is customer-obsessed and works backwards from our consumer insights and human truths. The ideal brand marketing leader can take our strategic annual brand marketing plan and bring it to life in exceptional creative and campaigns that we bring to market, winning the hearts and minds of our target audiences around the world. You will report to the Director, Brand Marketing and have access to key leaders throughout the organization. This is a fully remote role.Responsibilities- Lead and inspire customer-centric, world-class brand marketing efforts that focus on building brand awareness, love, loyalty, and relevance for the Kraken brand. - Contribute to building the brand strategy, including positioning, purpose, promise, and messaging and, and translate it to results-driven annual brand plans and break through campaigns and activations as well as all aspects of the customer experience.- Champion the customer and lead efforts that unlock and craft compelling human and cultural stories which will contribute to Kraken’s efforts to build the most iconic, trusted, resilient and loved crypto brand.- Drive creative brief development and collaborate closely with Creative and Media. Champion the work throughout the process from inception through launching the work in the market. You will fight for creative, brand linkage, break through, clarity, and on-brand ideas, engaging in rigorous debate in the pursuit of great work to ensure that Kraken stands out and we achieve our brand goals.- Orchestrate the translation of EMEA brand marketing efforts across international countries and regions by ensuring that we deliver the best playbooks, toolkits, plans, and more to bring our brand campaigns to market locally. Partner with international teams to identify those countries that require bespoke efforts based on local cultural nuances, product readiness, etc.- Manage large-scale budgets and multi-channel campaigns and activations. Continuously optimize plans to drive desired results. - Collaborate and partner closely with a dynamic team of marketers, in-house and agency creatives, product experts and other leaders throughout the company to bring our brand to life, ensuring we create successful work that drives results.- Lead brand campaign measurement and metrics and work with Marketing Insights, Analytics, Intelligence and Media teams to quantify the impact of brand marketing on the business and continuously optimize campaigns.Requirements- 7+ years of industry experience driving innovative brand and integrated marketing. - Expert knowledge and passionate about all things crypto - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.- Experience presenting results and progress to goal to senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications- 10+ years of industry experience driving innovative brand and integrated marketing.- Expert knowledge and passionate about all things crypto - Excellent understanding of brand marketing principles and customer engagement tactics. - Experience doing this work in an International context, where cultural and technical variation are understood and encouraged. - Experience as an account director or leader at a brand or creative agency, consultancy, or a company’s internal brand marketing team, including in-house brand experience- A proven creative and analytical thinker who can turn insights and strategy into compelling storytelling and customer value.- Ability to inspire, influence and uplift cross-functional teams with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to deep collaboration to build a cohesive brand.- Ability to successfully navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities simultaneously, and drive complex, highly visible projects to completion.- Intuition for customer communication voice.#EU #US #LI-AG1 #CANADAWe’re powered by people from around the world with their own unique and diverse experiences.
