About the Job

The Role


  • Perform in-depth research and prepare routine reports, highlighting unique/ trending items and swag opportunities (as seen on online roundups, social media, branded PR, external companies, forums, networked recommendations, etc.)
  • Foster and maintain relationships and opportunities with local and international vendors for ongoing and upcoming projects and events.
  • Coordinate conference exhibits and facilitate merchandise logistics, staffing, and distribution.
  • Assist Chief of Staff in developing and implementing pipelines and systems for quick, efficient, high-quality distribution of merchandise to individuals and for special events.
  • Create and maintain database for key customers, important deadlines, holidays, and company events.
  • Provide support to Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a fast-paced office environment (bonus points for experience with startups!)
  • Demonstrated experience working with suppliers, designing new products, and meeting tight deadlines are a huge PLUS.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • Keen attention to detail and strategic thinking are a must.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to self manage, prioritize, and follow through with projects and responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively (we love team players!)
  • Superb judgment, positive and resourceful attitude, and affinity for research.
  • Proactive self-starter with ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Current knowledge of and interest in industry updates, product solutions, and merchandise trends.
  • Desire to take ownership of projects, make a lasting impact, and apply a strong creative, growth mindset to future initiatives.
  • Web3 experience, a plus
