Job Description

The nWay Games publishing team is hiring a Web3 Community Manager! We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who lives and breathes Web3 gaming on Twitter and Discord. We are publishing web3 games in partnership with some of the largest NFT brands in the world, and we need a CM to lead our GMs.

nWay has been a leader in video game development since 2011, when we first began building games in the free-to-play and mobile market. Since then, nWay has reached over 80 million players through producing and developing S-tier fighting games with major brands like Power Rangers. Now, nWay is one of the leading pioneers in Web3 gaming as well, publishing the first blockchain-backed mobile game with the Olympics.

As Community Manager, Web3, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on community building strategies for our Web3 titles, including a new game with the biggest NFT brands in the world, and a Web3 game for the 2024 Paris Olympics. Working closely with our player experience lead, you will be the voice of the development team to the community, and the voice of the community to the development team. Leveraging your ever-expanding knowledge of Web3 community channels and technologies, and how best to leverage them in new and exciting ways, you’ll help to ensure nWay’s community is vibrant, healthy, and growing.


  • Develop and execute on a community and social media strategy to grow and engage communities for our new Web3 games launching in 2023.
  • Establish nWay’s Discord as a best-in-class server with bot integrations, moderator teams, and engaging content.
  • Produce content calendars with our creative and production teams that achieve communication goals.
  • Be a leader internally through frequent reporting on social media and community metrics, utilizing our sentiment and data tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with the community on creating fan-generated content and UGC, while finding unique ways to engage with these community creators.
  • Be the first line of Customer Support for in-game issues and lead communications to the community regarding updates.
  • Identify and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators. This will include creating a program to reward and incentivize our creators.


  • Extensive admin experience managing Discord servers
  • Experience with managing brand profiles on major social media platforms
  • Experience managing and growing a community, with a deep understanding of the community’s motivations and desires
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Basecamp, Confluence, Jira, Asana
  • Creative and quick-thinking, and not just willing, but excited to be part of a marketing team that prides itself on collaboration, communication, and celebrating one another’s accomplishments.
