What you will work on

As our Digital Operations Manager, you'll support the Operations team in standing up a scalable operating model for Nike Virtual Studios, with a specific focus on the .Swoosh platform and consumer experience. You will work closely with NVS Digital Product to establish standards, guidelines and training documentation for content publishing within our CMS tool. As well as lead all aspects of content management, helping scale and onboard authoring support as needed. In addition, you’ll partner with Consumer Services on front-line training materials and with Nike Direct Digital Operations (Global/Geo) to ensure compliance and streamline process (such as localization) as the .Swoosh platform expands.

Who you will work with

You'll report directly into the Director of Operations for Nike Virtual Studios, acting as the primary point of contact for Digital Operations. You’ll partner with NVS Digital Product, content authors, and Consumer Services on process improvement, training materials and day-to-day launch readiness tasks. You will also coordinate with NVS functional producers and/or Nike Direct Digital Ops to ensure workback timing and launch deliverables are aligned across varying workstreams.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or higher or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • 3-5 years’ experience in digital operations, e-commerce, or related field. Experience in and/or understanding of Web3 is a plus.
  • Strong written communication skills, with experience simplifying technical concepts into digestible training materials.
  • In-Depth understanding of digital commerce, user experience standard methodologies, and technology jargon.
  • Familiarity with content management and authoring tools (CMS).
  • An ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, often ambiguous start-up environment.
  • An ability to work and learn independently and cooperatively in diverse teams.
