Director, Growth Marketing (NFTs)

We are looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to join the Ava Labs Marketing Team. This individual will be responsible for the designing and developing go-to-market strategy for the NFT vertical and will be responsible for driving growth of new and prospective NFT projects.


  • Align organizational goals/objective by developing/directing integrated marketing plans for NFT verticals; driving Platform and community adoption
  • Drive awareness, education, experience, discovery and adoption of NFT dApps on the Avalanche Platform and Subnets.
  • Create depth and frequency of engagement with seasoned Web 3 users while creating a frictionless on-ramp for new Web3 users
  • Drive top of funnel awareness and brand policies for top of funnel awareness/brand, mid-funnel analysis/consideration and bottom of funnel acquisition/conversion
  • Report on financial impact/outcomes of spend allocation
  • Define growth goals and KPIs
  • Oversee NFT Growth Marketing P/L
  • Establish team processes as a hands on leader, strategist and individual contributor
  • Collaborate with departmental leadership and cross functional stakeholders
  • Interpret, visualize, and conceptualize compelling narratives backed with strong data
  • Learn and effectively utilize new data driven software tools
  • Create initial strategies for Performance Marketing team
  • Set direction for what type of messaging will/should be used in various channels
  • Process team input/ideas and make final decisions on direction/execution of project goals while ensuring operational excellence


  • 8+ years of performance marketing or product marketing with a focus on user acquisition and/or growth; preferably from a consumer technology organization
  • Prior experience working in high growth startups or rapidly developing industries
  • Track record of success in a marketing leadership role
  • Ability to create an integrated marketing plan for your vertical and execute with cross functional leadership teams
  • Proven ability to drive user acquisition channels and attribution framework implementations
  • Successful track record of marketing technical products for software developers
  • Project management and the ability to lead through influence, not authority
  • Notion
  • Figma and/or similar wireframing tools
  • Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • SQL a plus

Salary Range: $166,000 to $207,600
