Risidio is a UK based technology start-up company with a global reach. With the global market becoming more fast-paced and digitalised, we deem it necessary to layout the building blocks to thrive in the crypto space. Our mission is to build a better Internet by using new technologies like smart contracts to enable ownership of our online identity and digital footprint. • Highly motivated and approachable, with excellent communication skills

• Experience with community building and managing communities
• Experience with NFTs/ Blockchain
• Excellent knowledge of email best practices
• Experience with digital and in-person event planning, a plus
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage the community of artists and fans relating to indigenous culture, NFTs and blockchain
• Collaborate with Marketing team to create Discord content strategy
• Protect the community from bots and other malicious actors
• Create innovative activations to foster deeper relationships
• Stay on the bleeding edge of the latest community platform trends, best practices and technologies
• Collaborate with broader Marketing Team and other teams to deliver on company goals
• Monitor engagement and suggest content optimisation
• Monitor and highlight insights within our community that can be helpful to our product and engineering teams
• Communicate with fans, influencers and other partners/collaborators, to increase network impact
• Provide constructive feedback
