Executive Assistant

We are looking for an organized, hard-working, and composed Executive Assistant to help support our team. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to a partner on the Polychain team.

Responsibilities:

• Act as gatekeeper, scheduler, and organized administrator to ensure their days run smoothly
• Handle travel arrangements with detailed itineraries
• Maintain organized records of administrative and operational activities
• Act as liaison between the partner and external parties
• Procure equipment and administrative systems needed to facilitate task-completion and coordination
• Support Events Team as needed to execute in-house or off-site activities, e.g. team events, dinners, or conferences

• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Calm and poised demeanor
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Robust technology skills; MS Office, Google Suite, and E-Signature software proficiency required
• 2-5 years experience working in Administrative, Operations, or Project Management roles
• College degree required
• Interest in the future of blockchain technology and web3 preferred
