What you’ll do

The overall objective for this Lead Platform Advocate for Business Growth is to help Infura users achieve the North Star metric of weekly active users. 

Achieving the North Star metric for an Infura customer (10MM requests per week) goes beyond what is generally considered Web3 DevRel (Onboarding new users to the platform; Providing technical understanding of web3).

Instead, helping a user grow to 10MM requests per week means helping them find product market fit. This includes: 

  • Web 2 Enterprises Showing how to integrate web 3 mechanisms into already-successful web 2 enterprises. This includes discussing concerns business owners may have with incorporating new technology like web3 into their platforms

Web 3 Businesses Identifying users who are on the precipice of 10MM requests and showing them ways of improving their business to increase network requests. This will include things such as product development, marketing and partnerships

Would be great if you brought this to the role

  • Work with Partners and Sales team to identify candidates for outreach
  • Work  with Product to identify these users on the "precipice" by looking at request patterns. 
  • Researching needs of businesses when integrating web3 into existing businesses or growing their own web3 business
  • Collecting existing business development material from the company and developing original material based on research and needs of candidates
  • Building up a distribution of the above content through blog posts, videos, tutorials and more.
  • Organizing code jams to drive Infura business through the development of products throughout the course of the event.
  • Gathering and analyzing metrics to evaluate the success of efforts and finetune strategy and approach.

The salary range for US-based candidates only will be determined throughout the interview process depending on experience and skills. Candidates should anticipate a base salary (not including bonus, equity or other benefits) of $USD 180,000 - 300,000
