About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing function. 
As our Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the operational excellence of IOV’s marketing function and supporting our overall acquisition strategy. This role reports directly to the Head of Growth Marketing and you’ll work closely with the rest of the marketing team, as well as key stakeholders in Partnerships and Product.
You’ll be responsible for our marketing automation workflows and processes in order to enhance our current lead generation funnel and tracking systems, as well as configuring, building and improving IOV’s marketing technology stack.
You’ll have experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM’s (we’re using Hubspot) and understand how to implement sophisticated inbound workflows. You enjoy solving problems through technology, data, automation and processes, as well as critically evaluating custom fields, data syncs and working on scoring and campaign/attribution tracking. 

What You'll Be Doing

    • Marketing Automation & Campaigns: 
    • Owning Hubspot and making sure it is structured to support our lead flow and reporting needs.
    • Responsible for marketing automation and funnel management by implementing and executing marketing automation flows, lists, custom fields, lead scoring, campaign tracking, campaign attribution, form management, landing page testing, integrations, and system management from other tools e.g. Zapier.
    • Developing and maintaining lead enrichment, scoring, qualifying, and routing as well as continually improving them.
    • Owning the planning, execution, and optimisation of nurture programs (e.g. email) within Hubspot.

    • Data: 
    • Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly performance dashboards that track campaign performance, performance vs pipeline goals, and you can identify gaps and use insight to make recommendations.
    • Ensuring data structure and collection processes are aligned with reporting needs, including tracking and attribution of multi-touch user journeys and the health of our lead database (including email deliverability and unsubscribe monitoring)
    • .Managing the data integrity of the prospect database, assessing data uploads and enrichment. Working closely with the Partnerships team to ensure data is syncing seamlessly.
    • Creating email marketing lists, building sales call lists, data hygiene, and data analysis.

    • Project Management:
    • Working closely with both Growth Marketing and Partnerships to improve the feedback loop and ensure data flows efficiently. 
    • Working closely with various stakeholders across the Marketing team to support their needs around campaign execution, operations, and new project deliverables.
    • Technical documentation and mapping of all solutions and processes being implemented.
    • Monitoring health and data hygiene of operational systems.

What You Bring to the Table

    • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing automation/operations role within a B2B business, ideally within a tech, SaaS, or start-up environment.
    • Must have demonstrable experience owning and developing marketing automation and CRM platform use in B2B organisations. Hubspot is a big plus. In-depth knowledge of executing inbound workflows, assessing custom fields, scoring, routing, and campaign tracking/attribution.
    • Experienced working across different marketing and CRM technologies: HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Intercom, Zapier, and Google Ads.
    • High attention to detail with excellent organisational, project management, and communication skills with the ability to structure data and results. Capable of leading projects end-to-end and driving collaboration across teams.
    • You enjoy pro-actively seeking solutions and have an entrepreneurial approach to building out the best marketing automation solutions
    • Must be highly inquisitive, and able to provide meaningful insights in data that drive performance optimisation recommendations.
    • Must be comfortable dealing with large and complex data sets, manipulating them to deliver meaningful outputs.
    • Interest in blockchain and web3 is a plus.
    • Experience in Demand Generation or ABM is a plus.
