About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our product team in the development and optimization of our Wallet as a Service (WaaS) product line. The ideal candidate should have extensive product management experience, a deep understanding of the B2B market and products aimed at enterprise developers, and the ability to drive product innovation in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Define and execute the WaaS product strategy, including product roadmap and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including engineering, design, sales, and marketing) to ensure successful product launches and optimizations.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive dynamics to guide product decisions.
  • Engage with customers and potential users to understand their needs and pain points, and translate these insights into product features.
  • Evaluate product performance and iterate to meet customer needs and business objectives.

What We Look For In You:

  • At least 5 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in B2B products, particularly those aimed at enterprise developers

  • Deep understanding of the B2B market, including customer needs, purchasing behaviors, and sales cycles.

  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Ability to make data-driven decisions, with proficiency in data analysis tools.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to various audiences, including internal teams and customers.

  • Deep understanding of technology, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.

  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, including but not limited to public chains, side chains, cross-chain technology, smart contracts, distributed ledger technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications (DApps).

  • Familiarity with the workings of blockchain wallets, including the management of private and public keys, transaction signing, and broadcasting.

Nice to Haves:

  • A deep understanding of blockchain technology, including but not limited to public chains, Layer 2 solutions, cross-chain technology, DeFi, NFTs, and Solidity, would be a plus.
