About the role

As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll help shape the positioning and messaging of the brand, ideate and launch engaging global programs and campaigns and develop the overarching product marketing strategy.

This is a highly cross-functional role, and you’ll have to work closely with multiple teams across the organization – namely Product, Marketing and Sales and drive brand awareness and product adoption to new and existing customers.

What will you be doing?

  • Craft compelling product communications for our feature releases – which includes customer case studies, use cases, webinars, events, tutorials to help customers understand the benefits of our products and services
  • Own the entire product marketing process and lifecycle from feature prioritization, go-to-market strategies, conducting user interviews to drive product usage and adoption
  • Identify emerging market trends and utilize customer insights to create product narratives that engage and interest our target audience
  • Develop strong relationships and collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and User Operations teams
  • Measure and analyze on the performance of product marketing related campaigns and programs
  • Constantly stay up to date on crypto, DeFi, NFT and social media trends

Are you the right person for this role?

  • 6-10+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology company
  • Demonstrated experience in product marketing, relationship building and meeting deadlines
  • Proven track record in launching successful product marketing campaigns and/or programs
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Hubspot or other CRM tools
  • Strong project and campaign management skills
  • Strong understanding of B2B pipeline
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, setting a high bar of excellence for yourself and others
  • Strong attention to detail, and follow through actively on ongoing projects and tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently in a fast-changing environment
  • Excellent oral and presentation skills in English

Nice to haves

  • Proficiency in another major language (e.g. Mandarin or Spanish)
  • Knowledge in social media design formats
