We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager in the Security team to work in our Poland, Lithuania, Cyprus office or remote in the time zone range GMT - GMT+4. This is a unique opportunity to join a global company, and become an expert in blockchain technologies and online trading.

Key responsibilities:

    • Coordinate the output of the Dev/QA/DevOps/Security teams using the industry best practices, techniques and standards in SDLC.
    • Contribute to building an efficient PM process in the company (agile, getting things done, tracking and improving and etc.)
    • Track and report product increments, results, impediments, monitor progress and adjust if needed.
    • Release management - hands on dependency and quality management of the deliverables. Preparing, planning, tracking and performing releases. 
    • Communication with stakeholders (product management, support and sales, marketing, trading and legal departments)
    • Predict resources needed to reach objectives.

Requirements:

    • At least 3 years of experience in PM, Delivery Manager or Scrum Master role
    • Fluent level of English 
    • Team player, capable to coordinate and function in high paced environments
    • Fintech or trading areas experience would be beneficial but not essential.
    • Must be excellent communicator, able to gain the respect of the team, external stakeholders, and management;
    • Strong written and verbal communication, time management, and project organisation skills;
    • Ability to solve difficult problems in a complex environment;
    • Ability to analyse high level requirements from various technology and business groups and create a plan of action;
    • Any experience working in a regulated Financial Services environment would be favoured.
