What you’ll do
- Identify potential opportunities among partners for new business opportunities.
- Maintain productive and profitable relationships with merchants, corporate clients, remittance partners, banking and payment partners
- Review and revise business plans based on partner needs.
- Participate in business review and revenue forecasting activities.
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
- Acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
- Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
What you’ll need
- Minimum 1-3 years experience with a leading fintech, payments company or bank
- Deep understanding of the entire payments value chain, from a product and business perspective
- Motivated, self-starter with a passion for payments and crypto
- Fluency in English with outstanding communication and presentation skills
