Someone with strong experience running and managing retention tools, i.e Setting up email, Whatsapp and notifcation campaigns using Martech tools

You should also proficient with in- app communication & notifications, driving retention from inside the platform, and know how to leverage the marketing data to help the marketers speak to their audience

As Retention/ CLM Lead at coto; external push notifications and SMS play a small part, whats more important is that you can confidently execute internally on the platform with in-app notifications, in-app communications, and be competent working with data & AI. The person we are looking for must be able communicate and drive inside the platform


You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing Manager and Product team to analyze business and marketing data that identifies key drivers for driving conversion, product adoption, retention, and cross-selling
Effectively translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations

  • Manage marketing automation including notification triggers and campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Collaborate with Content, PR, and Creative teams to drive the development of all communications, and marketing assets to develop user base
  • Drive continued innovation in evolving marketing programs
  • Engaging our audience at scale
  • Forecast results from various campaigns
  • Identify customer segments for targeted marketing programs and plan customer offers and incentive programs to deliver ROI-positive results


  • 3+ years experience running and managing retention tools
  • 3+ years of experience working within high growth/tech in a growth capacity
  • Solid experience customer lifecycle management
  • Marketing experienced on in-app notifications and communications
  • Experience in marketing automation and notifications
