People is at the heart of OKX culture. Identifying, grooming and shaping the behaviours of our next gen leaders to fuel our business growth is most important to our business. Leadership Management and Development (LMD) function is set up to solely focus on driving an uplift in leadership capability across the organisation so that we see excellence in leadership every day and in everything that we do. We work closely with leaders across levels and across the organization globally, as the advisor, coach and change initiator. We are looking for a visionary and experienced HR or leadership expert to join the team to join the exciting journey with us in this frontier industry.

Key responsibilities:

  • Understand and apply OK business knowledge and work with leaders to develop and drive organization and people strategies, solutions and plans
  • Analyses , identify gaps and develop solutions to address people-related risk
  • Provide coaching and guidance to business leaders, and help shape leaders/managers act in line with OK’s basic principles
  • Partner with business and development partners to identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs, participate in design, delivery and follow up with development programs for leaders
  • Provide proactive and strategic guidance and support for organizational planning and development initiatives that support key business strategies and initiatives
  • Manage the key people process, e.g. performance review, promotion, 360 feedback and performance management of the leaders and ensure an effective life-cycle management
  • Engage business leadership in activities that promote effectiveness of leadership in OK, e.g. leadership forum, team leader annual meeting
  • Work closely with colleagues across the LMD function and take the lead in team building activities to build a high-performing, high expertise driven team with great team spirit

Ideal candidates have:

  • Extensive experience working in domains like HR business partnering, Talent Management, leadership coaching and development, preferably from a well-known technology/financial organization; Previous experience in consulting is highly desired
  • Able to navigate in a fast-pace working environment, likes to take up new challenges, open and flexible to fast changes, and value team work
  • Logical and structured in problem solving, with a big picture in mind
  • Past experience and credentials in leadership development tools is a plus (e.g. DISC, Leadership 360 tools, Lego serious play facilitator, executive coach)
  • Excellent spoken and written English (Chinese is a plus)
