Flagship is building actively managed crypto funds. We call them vaults, and they will allow exposure to a selection of cross chain assets, with transparent governance over the vault allocations, set by professionals. We are going to make it very easy to invest in everything that will be tokenized, while staying hybrid decentralized and fully transparent. 

We’re a remote company, with a team of 15 people. Our team is located in the Netherlands, Singapore, Norway, Philippines, Belgium and Spain! We’re proud of our team, and with an accumulation of decades of experience in crypto, fintech, web3 and building startups, we think we know what we’re doing. Our advisors contain media operators, CEO’s, growth hackers, and serial entrepreneurs. Our team's average time in the crypot industry is 5+ years. We value high autonomy, self direction, open mindedness, truth-seeking and transparency.

We’ve raised seed funding in Q2 2022, and are currently building our products while preparing for a new funding round.

Our daily work is currently split between building a media organization, and a web3 product. That’s ambitious, and we know it. But that’s where we want to be.

As mentioned, our Vaults are theme-specific investment strategies, managed by experts - called 'Captains' - that are operating transparently and with professional support. We’re building the smart contracts, backend services and a React frontend that connects to both. Our POC is finished and being tested, ready to launch into a phase of finding Product-Market Fit. We are taking an iterative approach to our governance and token economics to prioritize learning.

On the media side, we’ve built our own CMS that is tailored to crypto content (https://flagship.fyi/outposts). At the same time, we’re running many parallel experiments to find our Content Market Fit. The Captains, as we call them, produce our content and are involved in managing our community, with a focus on their ecosystem.

• Lead the React development for the UI of our main product
• Work closely with our in-house design team to create the best user experience
• Work on establishing the processes and rituals for lean and competitive development operations; we aim to be faster and better than the rest.
• Be highly influential through our process of finding Product-Market Fit.
• Implement and adopt design patterns and engineering practices that scale, but keep things simple.
• Use modern techniques to create a unique UX that is tailored to the market segment we first aim at
