About the Opportunity:
Okcoin Assets product provides a one stop shop for all portfolio management functionalities. This is one of the most used day-to-day function and is an important real estate on the app to guide users to other functions. This provides real value to our customers in understanding their own portfolio and performance, as well as researching new tokens and other assets. We are seeking an experienced crypto-native product manager to own Asset's strategy and the roadmap execution in cooperation with other feature teams. Product are true owners of the domain and you'll get to make very important decisions for business growth. You'll define your own success here and be responsible for the business results
What You’ll Be Doing:
Develop the Assets product strategy and manage the roadmap for Assets evolution
Identify areas of improvements for Assets and how we could best help our customers to monitor/manage their portfolio
Build operational maturity for product development and execution and represent Assets to business stakeholders and executive leadership
Define and monitor KPIs for Assets while leading feature teams towards workflow, UX and design optimization to better meet KPI targets
Drive product discussions with key stakeholders to ensure the Assets product-line is meeting customer needs and market demand
Influence Asset's product design and own Asset's prioritization decisions
Assume accountability for product roadmaps, resource allocation, release cadence, testing and beta programs
Partner with marketing and growth center teams to develop a go-to-market strategy that encompasses localized opportunities
What We Look For In You:
3-5 or 5+ years of dedicated and successful product management experience with bitcoin, crypto, Defi, social, gaming, e-commerce or finance
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent field
A track record of success launching highly scalable and successful products within Defi, crypto, fintech, social or gaming industries
Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills
Have worked with and built successful products with remote development teams
Passion for Bitcoin, crypto, Defi and/or blockchain

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $175,167 to $439,000.
The salaryoffered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
