Qredo is a decentralized digital asset management infrastructure and product suite designed to unlock new opportunities for institutional investors in digital assets and decentralized finance. Qredo's Layer 2 blockchain protocol enables users to seamlessly transfer and settle BTC, ETH, and ERC-20 tokens. Assets are secured by Qredo’s advanced Gen 2.0 multi-party computation (MPC), which provides tier-1 bank security and institutional-grade governance.

Qredo is looking for a TA Manager to play a key role in the strategic growth of tech and non-tech teams. Drawing from your deep knowledge and expertise you will provide industry insights and advise the business and your team on recruiting approaches. At the same time, you will run key searches as well.


    • Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for various functions at Qredo
    • Proactively identify and assess talent using a variety of creative sourcing methodologies that reduces dependency on agencies
    • Partner closely with hiring managers to derive mutually agreeable selection criteria, receive and take action on feedback, and deliver a consistently high level of customer service
    • Offer suggestions, new ideas or alternatives to improve or modify work processes
    • Owning the candidate experience process and be a true candidate ambassador
    • Lead broader projects and initiatives to enhance Employer Branding and DE&I at Qredo


    • 5+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment; prior work experience within De-Fi and blockchain space is desirable
    • Proven hands-on experience to successfully identify, manage, and engage with exceptional candidates in high growth environments
    • Skills in partnering with hiring managers to create effective hiring process and sourcing strategies
    • Ability to effectively evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioural fit
    • Strong sense of urgency, with proven ability to act swiftly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and processes
    • Experience managing applicant tracking systems, preferably Lever
    • Experience and passion for using quantitative data do guide day to day decisions, report progress to stakeholders, and justify recommendations
    • Has prior exposure in Employer Branding and DE&I related projects and initiatives
