It gives access for anyone to capture direct value from what they create, and helps align incentives across millions, if not billions, of people. But achieving those lofty goals starts with how we build culture internally; People ops are core to how we build the culture that propels our empathy-driven sales, product, and engineering processes. People make the company so we’re looking to build the happiest, most productive, and skillful team in web3; and that starts with people ops. The level of talent we’re looking for is hard to find; they usually aren’t in conventional channels; talent at Utopia requires departing from the beaten path and looking for talent beyond the marquee signals. As the Talent Lead for Utopia, you’ll be spearheading our rigorous sourcing and vetting processes across many different roles. Responsibilities * Develop innovative strategies to find, engage, and hire top talent anywhere in the world * Create and execute a diverse and inclusive hiring strategy * Analyze and report on progress to team leads regularly * Guiding decisions on interview process design, compensation, and closing * Ability to inspire and retain candidates Need to Have * 5+ years of Technical Recruiting or People operations * Experience recruiting for and leading teams that hire highy technical talent, preferably with Crypto experience (though not a requirement) * Demonstrated ability to find and engage unique pipelines * Deep knowledge of managing processes across candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping, research, sourcing, interviewing, to closing * Ability to think strategically and proactively; developing comprehensive sourcing strategies * Excellent organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail and follow-through Nice to Have * Started, or participated in a DAO as a core contributor. * Clear and concise communication, in both 1:1 and public settings Perks and Benefits 🎒 Health and wellbeing We offer top-of-the-line benefits, including health, mental health, dental, and vision insurance. 🌴 Time off We want people to take time off to rest and rejuvenate.
