About This Team

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web3 Content Specialist to join our team at Mantle Network. As a pioneer in building an Ethereum Layer 2 network, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about blockchain technology and has a deep understanding of the web3 ecosystem. In this role, you will work closely with our research team and be responsible for creating engaging and informative content that educates our community and promotes our platform.

What you’ll help us build

• Collaborate closely with the research team to understand the technical aspects of our Ethereum Layer 2 network and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience.
• Produce high-quality written content, including blog posts, articles, and other forms of documentation, to educate and engage our community.
• Develop an editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of content to meet strategic objectives and community needs.
• Conduct in-depth research on web3 and blockchain topics to stay up-to-date with the latest trends, developments, and innovations.
• Create crypto research content pieces that provide valuable insights into the blockchain industry, focusing on topics such as market analysis, tokenomics, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and community, to align content strategies and maximize the impact of our messaging.
• Utilize analytics and user feedback to evaluate content performance and iterate on content strategies accordingly.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure all content aligns with our company values and goals.
  
  

Your craft

• Exceptional written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong background in web3 and blockchain technologies, with a deep understanding of Ethereum and Layer 2 scaling solutions.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience writing in the blockchain space, preferably for reputable publications or organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality written content, including analytical and research-based articles.
• Familiarity with blockchain analytic platforms, and the ability to analyze and interpret relevant data for content creation.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends, news, and advancements in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into engaging content.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
